"Fantastic Customer Service from a Chocolate Seller"
Awesome reviews. Totally earned, based on my own experience. There was a mix-up regarding a shipment. The CEO got involved during the 2023 New Year’s weekend to resolve it. That’s pretty remarkable. A very important gift recipient got everything right on schedule. For that, I’m really thankful. Cheers! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

"Overpriced Treats"
The chocolate is top-notch and comes in beautiful packaging. However, the cost is just outrageous. Paying $65 for a sampler of 18 bars that weighs under 2 ounces was a real shocker. I saw an ad on my phone and couldn't find the details easily, so I was caught off guard when I got less than 4 ounces of chocolate for $115. Honestly, the chocolate I buy at Whole Foods for $5-7 a bar is just as good. If you've got the cash and are after a fancy chocolate experience, then go for it!

"Chocolate flavor is quite nice..."
The flavor of the chocolate is quite nice and definitely worth what you pay. However, the packaging used to protect the small item was excessive. It’s not really eco-friendly, so I’m a bit unsure if I should buy it again.

"just experienced"
I just went through a chocolate tasting workshop featuring chocolate from Tanzania, Madagascar, and India—just cocoa and sugar. Everything was really good, but then I sampled your Galapagos harvest from 2019. WOW, nothing else compares; it blew my mind! What a flavor explosion and an unforgettable experience. "Chocolate Choices in America"
In the U.S., we really have it good when it comes to chocolate options. I gotta say, To'ak stands out from the crowd. Their customer service is top-notch too. They mistakenly let me buy something that was out of stock on their site. It was meant to be a birthday gift for my mom. Since it was a present, someone from To'ak got in touch right away to say sorry and sorted it out by sending a similar item overnight. Overall, fantastic product and superb customer service!

"Amazing Product!"
This product is just fantastic! Seriously, some of the finest chocolate we've ever tried. We matched it with wine, single malt scotch, and port, and all the different chocolates went together perfectly. My only gripe is that FedEx messed up the delivery schedule on both orders, which was kinda annoying. Fix up your delivery system, and you'll be unbeatable!
